DORM STYLE
Welcome to our dorm-style accommodation, offering a comfortable and affordable option for families, groups, workers, and budget conscious travelers. Our dorm style accommodation is booked by the room, not by individual beds, giving you and your group the privacy of your own space. We offer a Twin Room featuring two single beds, as well as two spacious dorm rooms, each containing three sets of bunk beds. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen with pots, pans, cooking utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, and freezer, making it easy to prepare your own meals. Clean shared shower and toilet facilities are conveniently located nearby, along with coin-operated washing machines and a dryer for your convenience. Whether you’re staying for one night or a longer visit, our dorm style accommodation provides a practical, comfortable, and affordable place to stay.
ANNUAL VANS
Our Annual Van sites are perfect for those who want to enjoy the great outdoors with the convenience of having their own holiday retreat, available for up to 180 days each year. Each van is privately owned by the annual site holder, who pays a quarterly site fee of $1242. This allows owners to enjoy the flexibility of returning whenever they choose throughout the permitted occupancy period, without the hassle of setting up each visit. Electricity is individually metered and billed separately at cents per kWh 44.110 and a daily supply charge of 194.965 cents per day ensuring residents only pay for what they use. Whether you’re planning regular weekend escapes or extended holidays, owning an annual van provides a comfortable and convenient home away from home in beautiful Batemans Bay.
Welcome to our cozy holiday cabins, designed to provide comfortable and affordable accommodation for couples, families, and travelers alike. Our Family Ensuite Cabins accommodate up to four guests and feature a double bed and a bunk bed. These cabins are pet friendly, so your four-legged family members are welcome too. For couples, we offer our Double Ensuite Cabins, which are pet friendly, as well as our Queen Deluxe Cabins, offering a little extra comfort for a relaxing getaway. If you need a little more space, our Premium Family Ensuite Cabins accommodates up to five guests and features a double bed and a tripe bunk. All cabins include a private ensuite bathroom with a shower and toilet. Fresh linen and towel are provided for your convenience, so you can arrive, unwind, and enjoy your stay.
